Annmarie is an accomplished Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience having worked across a range of industries together with the leaders of their teams to improve business outcomes especially during times when there is growth and rapid change through focusing on establishing, aligning, and leading an overall strategy for people. Her work as a partner in translating business and human strategies into goals and strategic objectives for organizations and plans has included organizational and performance planning along with employee engagement as well as changes in management. She is passionate about learning and sees team and leadership development as the most powerful competitive advantage. With her experiences working for Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's developed and guided leaders who demonstrated success and results. The work she did helped develop cultures in companies that promote learning and innovation. Annmarie has felt compelled to give her talents and resources to further support the mission of Learning Ally. When she is not working she provides assistance to several non-profit organisations. Annmarie is an active member of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee A group that works in helping women to become leaders. Annmarie also offers training to members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
